Bala Cynwyd, PA, May 10, 2019 – Terravet Real Estate Solutions, a real estate investment firm which focuses on the acquisition of veterinary operated real estate, recently acquired the Peak Veterinary Referral Center (“Peak”) real estate in Williston, Vermont. The property is a state of the art, 14,500 sq. ft. specialty referral center that provides state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatments and 24-hour care for hospitalized patients seven days a week.
The acquisition provided a positive outcome for all parties involved, as Terravet acquired another state-of-the-art facility to add to its portfolio while providing the former practice owners with liquidity and the opportunity to diversify their portfolio. “The Peak acquisition is the type of transaction that is core to Terravet’s investment objectives – to acquire the best veterinary leased real estate the market has to offer while providing positive outcomes for all parties involved,” said Daniel Eisenstadt, Terravet’s Chairman and CEO.
Terravet enters into a new 15-year lease with the hospital’s parent, Ethos Veterinary Health, Inc., which owns and operates eighteen specialty, emergency, and referral centers across the country. The transaction represents Terravet’s second acquisition of real estate leased to Ethos, and its first in the state of Vermont.
