Founder and CEO
[email protected]Daniel Eisenstadt is Founder and CEO of Terravet Real Estate Solutions. Prior to founding Terravet, Daniel was a co-founder of Community Veterinary Partners, where he served as president and chairman. Community Veterinary Partners has grown into a regional corporate operator of veterinary practices with more than 100 hospitals primarily located on the East Coast.
Previously, Daniel worked as a managing director at CMS Companies where he led investments in companies focused on education, health care services, and manufacturing. Before joining CMS, Daniel was the founding executive director of the Auschwitz Jewish Center, a museum and visitor center located near the former concentration camp. Prior to that, he was a corporate lawyer at Fulbright and Jaworski, L.L.P., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
Daniel has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from Clark University. Daniel was also a Wallenberg Scholar at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Daniel is a trustee of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a member of the board of the Perelman Jewish Day School, and a member of YPO (formerly Young Presidents’ Organization). He is a past trustee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, a former member of the National Young Leadership Cabinet of The Jewish Federations of North America, and a past board member of the Pennsylvania Veterinary Foundation.
Daniel lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Sharon, and their three daughters.
President
[email protected]Dan Feinberg is the President at Terravet Real Estate Solutions. Dan has over a decade of experience in the healthcare and real estate sectors. He spent five years with the New York City-based NNN Pro Group, where he ran the disposition process for hundreds of millions of dollars of net leased real estate. While there, he gained valuable experience underwriting net leased assets, negotiating leases, managing due diligence processes, and understanding how the institutional net leased marketplace perceives single-tenant, net leased real estate.
Following his time with the NNN Pro Group, Dan spent three years as the Director of Finance for Orleans Homebuilders, a multi-regional, private-equity-backed homebuilder, where he managed projects and reported to the CFO on all aspects of the budgeting and forecasting. Dan also successfully led the due diligence process for the sale of the company’s four divisions.
More recently, Dan completed two successful projects with human health companies, establishing financial reporting procedures for a group of home health companies and successfully assisting a behavioral health company in its recapitalization process.
Dan received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and his B.A. from Middlebury College. Dan lives in Bryn Mawr, Pa., with his wife, Rebecca, and his daughters, Sadie and Lila.
Chief Veterinary Development Officer
[email protected]Peter Kilkelly is the Chief Veterinary Development Officer for Terravet Real Estate Solutions. Peter has over a decade of experience in the animal health care and public accounting sectors. He began his career in the animal healthcare industry working with Burzenski & Company, a veterinary specific accounting firm. There, Peter worked with veterinary practice owners across the U.S. to improve their practice’s financial health and maintain compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
Most recently, Peter worked with VCA Animal Hospitals as a Director of Acquisitions, where he developed relationships with veterinary practice owners, performed the financial analysis and negotiated the acquisition of more than 50 veterinary practices with a combined revenue in excess of $130 million.
Peter is a past board member of the Veterinary Management Council of Connecticut and past member of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Peter lives in Connecticut with his wife and their son and daughter.
Vice President of Asset Management & Operations
[email protected]Aisha Sladek is Vice President of Asset Management & Operations at Terravet Real Estate Solutions. An experienced real estate professional with an MBA degree from Villanova University and a B.S. in Legal Studies from Temple University, Aisha has more than 15 years experience working in commercial and residential real estate. Her expertise includes appraisal, lease administration, contract management, acquisitions and dispositions, leases, sale documents, closing documents, contract administration, trend analysis, and more.
Prior to joining Terravet, Aisha spent four years at Brixmor, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates one of the nation’s largest portfolios of open-air shopping centers. While there, she was responsible for reporting the leasing activity of over 500 shopping centers nationwide. Prior to her employment at Brixmor, Aisha spent eight years at KTR Capital Partners, a successful investment, development and operating company focused exclusively on the industrial sector in North America. She was responsible for procuring various legal documents pertaining to the acquisition/disposition of properties and maintaining the lease administration for over 700 tenants in almost 45 million square feet. Prior to that, she worked in the appraisal department at Binswanger, an international real estate organization, where she helped prepare appraisal reports for multinational corporations across five continents.
Aisha, who is bilingual in English and Farsi, lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, Jason, and their son and daughter, Leonidas and Sitara.
Vice Chairman
Sam Levine is vice chairman of Terravet Real Estate Solutions and Managing Partner of Bagnols Family Office Investment Partners. Sam is an experienced investor who spent 25 years investing in middle market companies. Prior to forming his family office, Sam was the head of Private Equity at Roundtable Investment Partners. Sam’s private equity experience also includes his role as head of Private Capital at Blue Mountain Capital and co-head of Private Equity at Eos Partners. Sam has led investments in dozens of successful private companies and served on numerous boards. His industry experience includes business services, industrial services, health care services, transportation and logistics, finance companies, consumer, and pet care.
Sam has a B.A. and MBA from the University of Michigan. He lives in New York City with his wife and three children and is involved in many charities including the University of Michigan.
Construction Consultant/Operating Partner
As Vice President and Principal at Axis Construction Management, Gary brings over 4 decades of construction, design and management experience, the past 10 years focusing on the healthcare and veterinary medicine industry. Gary provides visionary insight and expertise in relationships with clients, architects and consultants, ensuring that all contractual obligations are satisfied. Gary also serves as Chairman of the Board for The Legacy Youth Tennis and Education Foundation, founded by Arthur Ashe.
Gary holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and Construction Technologies.
General Counsel
Joe Stranix is General Counsel for Terravet Real Estate Solutions. Joe has experience advising clients with respect to real estate acquisitions and dispositions, general corporate structuring and governance, and private equity fund formation. Immediately prior to joining Terravet, Joe worked in the real estate and corporate groups at Kleinbard LLC in Philadelphia. While at Kleinbard, Joe represented Terravet in connection with many of its recent acquisitions and lease negotiations. Before his time at Kleinbard, Joe spent two years as an associate in the fund formation group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, representing private equity funds on matters ranging from formation and negotiation of fund disclosure and governance documents to advising funds on compliance with their ongoing obligations.
Joe earned his JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, his M.Phil. from Trinity College Dublin, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in the Philadelphia suburbs.
Paralegal
Traci Castelli is a Paralegal at Terravet Real Estate Solutions. An experienced real estate professional with an Associate’s degree from Peirce College in Legal Studies, Traci began her real estate career at Jones Lang LaSalle in accounting, moving into lease administration. At Terravet, Traci is involved in all stages of property acquisition and disposition process, including researching and conducting diligence on properties, drafting agreements, coordinating with tenants, and contract management.
Prior to joining Terravet, Traci spent five years at Netrality Properties, LP, focusing on their multi-tenant buildings across the country. There, Traci was responsible for maintaining lease administration for upwards of 800 tenants and customers. Traci is also a public notary and certified loan signing agent for the state of Pennsylvania.
Traci lives in Bear, DE with her husband, Nicholas, and her son, Kenneth, her daughter, Talia, and niece, Nafisa.
Director of Finance and Underwriting
Alex Izewski is an Associate at Terravet Real Estate Solutions.
Prior to Terravet, Alex worked as an Asset Management Analyst for Streamline Real Estate Development in Philadelphia. Streamline is a full-service real estate development, construction and investment firm that manages private equity funds invested in residential and mixed-use real estate development projects in Philadelphia. Prior to that, Alex spent two years at Brixmor Property Group, a publicly traded REIT that owns and operates more than 400 shopping centers across the United States. Alex started his career in the banking industry before transitioning over to real estate.
Alex has a BBA in Finance from Temple University. While at Temple, he competed as a scholarship athlete for the Cross Country and Track & Field teams. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Erica, and their two dogs.
Controller
Casey Osborne is the Controller at Terravet Real Estate Solutions. Prior to joining Terravet, Casey was an Accounting Manager at Wipfli LLP where he provided outsourced accounting services to clients including Terravet Real Estate. He began his career at Maillie LLP, a regional public accounting firm, where he provided accounting, auditing, and tax services to clients in various industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania.
Casey earned his Master of Accountancy from Bloomsburg University and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Alvernia University, where he was a four-year member of the golf team. He lives in West Chester, PA with his fiancé Leana and mini-goldendoodle Murphy.
Accountant
Laura Edelstein is an Accountant at Terravet Real Estate Solutions. Laura has more than a decade of experience working with small businesses in the Philadelphia area. Most notably, she worked at Aliro Group, Inc., where she wore multiple hats ranging from accounting to business operation lead.
Laura has a Master of Economics from the University of Grenoble, France. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs and enjoys traveling, running, and gardening in her spare time.
